Restoration Fellowship International, under the leadership of Bishop Justin Elwell and RFI’s founder and bishop emeritus Dr. John Looper, exists to proclaim the Gospel and the Lordship of Messiah Jesus to all mankind; to provide New Testament-rooted ministry and discipleship for every believer; and to network the Body of Christ worldwide for authentic, biblical fellowship, cooperation, and Kingdom impact.

We are committed to restoring individuals to wholeness in Christ, strengthening homes and marriages under God’s biblical design, and practicing the faith and order of the earliest believers through worship, service, and community. Through theological education, ministerial training, ethical accountability, and compassionate outreach, we aim to equip believers and empower leaders — that believers everywhere might walk in integrity, unity, and the transformative power of the Gospel.

As a global fellowship of ministers, ministries, and sister-churches, we seek to build up the body of Messiah and extend His Kingdom on earth — reflecting His love, truth, and redemptive purpose in every community we touch.
